Underbody Ute protection
Product used: Rustmasters Metal Sealer
This customer often drives on the beach chasing the next wave, he was after the ultimate protection to prevent against rust and rejuvenate the current under body paint system of their 2019 Toyota Hilux Ute.
With a combination of a pressure washer and using a wire brush the underbody was cleaned to remove any potential oils, grease, fats, mill scale and loose flaking.
After the underbody was dried Rustmasters Metal Sealer was applied with a standard paint brush, light thin coats until desired finish was achieved, this customer applied two coats. This was all done in this customers driveway in a few hours work, little preparation was done to achieve the ultimate protection against rust for future adventures.
